DMC,SDMC]

Non-combustible ceiling material? DMC? What is it?[Non-combustible, non-combustible ceiling material, flame retardant grade, flame retardant] Fire prevention Fire accident Ceiling material Ceiling material SMCMC Filotti Metal ceiling material galvanized steel sheet]

Good morning This is Jenfix, the creation of new value on the ceiling! The Piloti structure has a structure that is more vulnerable to fire due to the flashover, an instantaneous combustion phenomenon. I've posted on a fire related to a piloti structure! Therefore, the ceiling of pilothi structures must be made of non-combustible metal ceiling material, or DMC, rather than optional. Since the government is revising the Building Law, it is important to use non-combustible ceiling materials. Let's see how the metal ceiling material is different from Jenfix. First of all, Jenfix's DMC and SDMC have Grade I non-combustible performance. Ceiling materials come in three fire retardant grades. SMC is known as Grade 3 flame retardant, Grade 2 semi-flammable, and Grade 1 flame retardant, which is the safest. Both DMC and SDMC have Grade I non-combustible performance. Then, are all the metal ceiling materials incombustible? That's not the answer! In the case of me...

[Ceiling Replacing Works] gypsum-texture -> DMC / Gyeongju One Room Hongdae House (mold and moisture)[metal ceiling material, ceiling,Metallic ceiling, exterior building material]

이미지
Hello!👋 It's  Zenfix , 'Creative New Value for the Ceiling'. The construction location of this posting is Gyeongju One Room "Hongdae House"! From the ceiling constructed from the existing gypsum-texture, the replacement was entrusted to the DMC metal ceiling material of Zenfix:) Existing gypsum- texture Seokgo-Tex is a popular ceiling material because it is not easily burned and economical! It's often used in schools and offices, so it's so common that you've seen it at least once. But there's also a fatal drawback to gypsum- texture . gypsum- texture  ceiling damaged by fungi and moisture Do you see the damaged gypsum-texture in the picture above? This is the scene that was damaged by moisture and mold, which is a fatal disadvantage of gypsum-texture. Due to the long rainy season this year, the humidity increased and the gypsum-texture was damaged, so they asked for a replacement with the DMC metal ceiling at Zenfix! Usually, SMC plastic ceilin...

Metal ceiling materials for schools and sanatoriums, vulnerable groups in safety [vacancy, vulnerable people, casualties, patients, metal ceiling materials, ceiling materials, SMC, DMC, sten, AL, fire safety, fire accidents]

Hello, I'm Jenfix, the new value creation on the ceiling. Have you ever heard of the term "vacant vulnerable" or "disaster vulnerable"? It's a term used to refer to people who have difficulty evacuating during a disaster accident. It is also called the safety vulnerable class and refers mainly to the vulnerable class in physical disasters. For those who have difficulty in disaster response activities such as self-evacuation and response in the event of a disaster It includes the disabled, the elderly, infants and children. Physical disasters in the event of a fire accident. The casualties that occur to the vulnerable are considerable. We've seen and heard on many news how much damage a fire accident can cause. Disaster vulnerable people are quite different from others until they decide on external dangers and evacuate accordingly. Therefore, the damage to the vulnerable classes will be significant. It is difficult to secure pr...
