여러분 안녕하세요 ! ‘ 천장의 새로운 가치 창조 ’ 젠픽스입니다 !😄😄     ( 출처 : 전남지방경찰청 고흥 윤호21병원 화재당시 1층 CCTV 발화모습 ) 지난  10 일 고흥 윤호 21 병원에서 안타까운 화재사고가 일어났습니다 . 전남경찰청이 공개한 당시 CCTV 화면에 따르면 10 일 오전 3 시 38 분경,  병원 1 층 천장 부분에서 최초 발화가 시작됐습니다 . 불은 연기가 피어 오른지 20여  초 만에 불꽃을 내며 빠르게 천장재를 태우기 시작했고 , 천장재 불똥이 병원 가구와 바닥으로 떨어져  순식간에 연기와 화재가 확산된 사고였습니다 . 경찰과 국과수의 합동 감식 결과 , 병원  1 층 천장형 에어컨에서 전선이 끊어진 흔적을 토대로 전기적 요인으로 화재가 발생했을 가능성에 무게가 쏠리고 있습니다 .   지난 2018 년 밀양 세종병원 화재사고 후, 의료기관에 스프링클러 설치 의무화로  소방시설법이  개정되었지만 , 윤호병원은 스프링클러 설치 ' 소급적용 '  의료시설로 분류되어 2022 년 8 월까지 해당장비 설치 의무가 유예된 상황이었습니다 .   또한 최초 발화지점인 천장의 천장재가 불에 쉽게 녹아내려 화재가 빠르게 확산되지않았나 1 급 불연 금속천장재 (DMC) 였다면 화재 확산이 조금 늦어지지 않았을까 라는 안타까움이 남습니다 .   이렇듯 신속한 화재대피가 어려울 수 있는 곳은 가연성 마감 재료 사용을 전면 제한하는 건축법이 작년에 개정되기도 했죠 .     플라스틱 천장재에 화재 발생 시 불은 천장재를 타고 빠른 속도로 퍼지게 되는데요 . 신속한 대피가 무엇보다 중요할때 보폭이 작은 어린 아이들이나 거동이 불편한 노인 , 환자들은 사고에 노출될 위험이 높아집니다 .   그렇기 때문에 아이들이 머무는 학교 , 노인 , 환자가 있는 병원 등의 피난약자 건축...

안녕하세요! ‘천장의 새로운 가치창조’ 젠픽스 입니다. 오늘은 불연 1급 금속천장재 를 왜 사용해야하는지! 왜 젠픽스 DMC천장재 , SDMC천장재 이어야 하는지! 에 대하여 말씀드리려고 합니다. ​ ​ ​ (출처 : 연합뉴스) 작년 6월에 발생하였던 ‘은명초 화재사건’ 기억하시나요? 별관 1층 쓰레기 집하장에서 시작된 불이 천장으로 옮겨 붙었고 빠른 속도로 확산되어 건물 외벽을 타고 위쪽으로 번지는 대형화재가 발생했었는데요. 다행히도 방과후 수업 중이던 초등학생과 교사 150여명이 무사히 대피하였고 이 과정에서 연기를 흡입한 교사 2명을 제외하고 큰 인명피해는 없었던 사고입니다. ​ 확실한 원인이 밝혀지지는 않았지만, 작은 불씨가 대형 화재로 번지게 된 이유 는 무엇이었을까요? ​ 1.불이 쉽게 번지는 필로티 구조 은명초등학교 별관 건물은 1층을 벽체 대신 기둥으로 지탱하는 일명 ‘필로티’ 구조 로 지어졌습니다. 필로티 건물 1층은 개방된 공간이란 인식 때문에 통상 건물 밖에 두는 쓰레기 집하장을 사실상 건물 안인 1층에 두었던 것입니다. 기둥만 있고 사방이 개방된 필로티 1층은 산소에 노출되어 있다 보니 불이 더 쉽게 커질 수밖에 없었습니다. 여기에 기둥이 떠받치고 있는 천장의 소재는 화재에 취약한 플라스틱으로 만들어진 SMC천정재 였는데요. 불에 녹아내린 SMC천장재 가 주차되어 있던 차량에 떨어지면서 무려 19대의 차량이 불길에 휩싸였습니다. ​ 2.가연성이 높아 불쏘시개 역할을 한 외벽의 드라이비트 마감재 화재는 천장에서 멈추지 않고 건물 외벽을 타고 위쪽으로 번지게 되었는데요. 건물 외벽에 스티로폼 같은 단열재를 붙이고 그 위에 석고나 시멘트 등을 덧붙이는 드라이비트 마감 공법 때문입니다. 드라이비트는 시공이 쉽고 건축비가 많이 들지 않아 건설 현장에서 흔히 쓰이는 공법입니다. 하지만 안에 들어가는 스티로폼은 불에 잘 타는 성질을 갖고 있어 화재 위험성이 높아진다는 단점 이 있죠. ​ ​ 만약, 은명초등학교의 플로피 1층 천장이 플라스틱 소...
